• If you choose the explorer box, your first delivery includes three coffees, 4 oz each, across medium and dark roast profiles — plus access to a free virtual tasting (live or self-guided) to help you taste your way through them
• After tasting, you pick the profiles you like from the explorer box, and future deliveries include new medium or dark roast coffees that match those preferences
• All coffees are fresh roasted weekly — we roast every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in Brooklyn
• Update your preferences anytime, and pause or cancel whenever you like
