The heart of it is our six-seat coffee omakase — flights brewed in front of you, with our educators talking through where each coffee came from and why we're excited about it.
No reservation? Walk in and order at the counter any time we're open — pour overs, espresso drinks, and whatever we're most excited about that week.

The heart of the tasting room.
This space is for the coffee-curious—the folks who want to sip something delicious and learn a little more about what’s in their cup. Pull up a seat for our intimate, six seater coffee omakase, and chat with whoever’s behind the bar (right now, it’s us—Driftaway founders Anu and Suyog!).
We’ll brew your coffee right in front of you, tell you where it’s from, who grew it, and why we’re so excited about it. Ask questions, nerd out, or just enjoy the vibes. No gatekeeping, no snobbery—just good coffee, good conversation, and a chance to slow down.
