We just opened our very first tasting room (!!) and it’s a bit of a dream come true. A first-of-its-kind space in NYC, built for slowing down, sipping intentionally, and connecting over really good coffee.
We’re talking coffee omakase flights, pour overs, espresso drinks—and lots of conversation. It’s our way of sharing everything we love about coffee, while making space for community, curiosity, and cozy hangouts.

This space is for the coffee-curious—the folks who want to sip something delicious and learn a little more about what’s in their cup. Pull up a seat for our intimate, six seater coffee omakase, and chat with whoever’s behind the bar (right now, it’s us—Driftaway founders Anu and Suyog!).
We’ll brew your coffee right in front of you, tell you where it’s from, who grew it, and why we’re so excited about it. Ask questions, nerd out, or just enjoy the vibes. No gatekeeping, no snobbery—just good coffee, good conversation, and a chance to slow down.
