About the Producers

Kerehaklu Estate, nestled in the dense jungles of Chikmagalur, has been run by the Thipaiah family for four generations, with father-son duo Ajoy and Pranoy Thipaiah tending its shade-grown slopes in the Western Ghats. We're genuinely thrilled to share their SLN9 (Selection 9) — a varietal that's new to us and unlike anything else on our roster. Ajoy's agronomic expertise paired with Pranoy's estate-cultured washed fermentation delivers a profile we can't stop coming back to: incredibly clear, clean, and sweet, with a fresh mint lift, bright lemon acidity, and deep molasses finish.
