What makes this coffee stand out
Yirgacheffe is one of the world's most celebrated coffee regions. Here, native Ethiopia heirloom varieties thrive. The high elevation (above 1700 meters above sea level) contribute to the juicy and sweet characteristics of the coffee due to slower cherry maturation. Coffees from Yirgacheffe are often floral and fruity, sometimes boasting the famous "blueberry" tasting note, like this one. What also stands out is the delecate, tea-like body attributed to almost all Ethiopian heirloom coffees.
