A light roasted coffee from several smallholder farmers in Colombia with tasting notes of lemonade, raspberry and hibiscus. 

Currently shipping coffee roasted on 19th March 2025.

Our light roasts develop their best flavors after 2 weeks, peak around 4 weeks, and remain delicious for weeks after. For extended freshness, consider freezing the coffee to preserve its quality even longer.

 

ABOUT THE COFFEE

This unique Colombian coffee blends high-elevation terroir and rare varietals from women-owned farms in Tala Bocanera, Andes, and Antioquia, alongside the craftsmanship of Luis Enrique Cuellar and his brother Robinson from Finca La Pradera. Together, they create a vibrant cup with lemonade-like brightness, juicy raspberry sweetness, and delicate hibiscus florals—a true testament to skill, dedication, and the beauty of Colombian specialty coffee.
