    • If you choose the explorer box, your first delivery includes five coffees, 4 oz each, spanning light to dark roasts — plus access to a free virtual tasting (live or self-guided) to help you taste your way through them

    • After tasting, you pick the profiles you like from the explorer box, and future deliveries include new coffees that match those preferences — this subscription alternates between light roasts and medium/dark roasts, or you can switch to a light-only or medium/dark-only plan anytime

    • All coffees are fresh roasted weekly — we roast every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in Brooklyn
