An expressive Pink Bourbon varietal, transformed through meticulous processing into what might be the cleanest milk-chocolate-and-raspberry bar you’ll ever find in coffee. This co-ferment is equal parts indulgence and precision — just incredible stuff.

Chocoberry has become one of our favorite coffees for its irresistible balance of red-fruit vibrancy and creamy sweetness. Expect distinct notes of raspberry and strawberry, a silky milk-chocolate texture, and a long, dessert-like finish that lingers beautifully.

Part of Finca Nogales' experimental processing series, Chocoberry showcases the potential of extended fermentations, cultivated yeasts, and thermal fusion techniques to bring new dimensions to traditional coffee profiles. This lot underwent seven days of fermentation in its own sugars obtained during depulping, with a 1:4 ratio of pre-fermented coffee yeast to its own juice — a process designed to drive a high-quality fermentation while preserving terroir clarity and sweetness.
